Draw Request

• Borrower will need to email Loans@VanOakCapital.com detailing scope of work. Pictures of completed work and documentation of expenses
• Borrower is responsible for the initial payments to contractors, permits, zoning, etc.
• VOC will refinance out funds after inspection in installments (usually 4).
• Reciepts showing proof of work and payment. Lien waviers for contractors need to be provided as well.
• Inspector will meet borrower at property. Inspector will need access to interior as well
as exterior. Inspector can usually meet within 24 hours.
• Inspector will compare his report with what was submitted to VOC.
• $125 inspection fee per visit which will be deducted from the draw.
